ABOUT WBW SALES
Over 40 years ago, Bill Wolok founded Benlee, Inc. Working in the scrap industry throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, his business grew to the point where 25-30 trucks were in operation at the same time. Eventually, scrap businesses in need of truck trailer parts and other equipment started contacting him, until the 70's, when roll-off trailers became popular. At this point, Wolok became involved in the distribution end of the business with a friend, eventually receiving more orders than his friend could handle. At this point, in 1974, Wolok began building his first roll-off.

Initially, Wolok used fabricators to make his roll-off trailers; in 1994, however, he decided to bring quality control in-house, so he opened a 21,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Romulus, Michigan. This allowed Wolok to bring together an experienced team of trailer experts to combine practical experience with technical skills.

One of Wolok's principals has always been that no one should hold a position within a company of his without related experience. During his years running Benlee, no one worked for him who didn't have first-hand experience in some aspect of the trailer business, which ultimately benefits the customer. Wolok believes that his customers should be as informed as possible about the industry, which in turn helps build a long-lasting relationship.

In 2005, as he reached 75 years of age, Wolok eventually decided to sell Benlee to automotive industry veteran Greg Brown, while remaining a key member of the new administrative team as a consultant. He stayed with Benlee for a few years before recently deciding to break out on his own again as an independent waste industry sales consultant.

Thus, in 2008, WBW Sales, Inc. has been born as an Independent Representative for Roll-off, Push-off, Container and Trucking needs.
